The aluminum foil is suitable for storing and freezing food, as well as for cooking such as frying and grilling. It is impermeable to air, light, and grease as well as extremely resistant to cold and heat. This size of aluminum foil is suitable for industrial kitchens and is supplied as a loose roll which can easily be placed in a dispenser.

Temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +350 °C

Aluminum should not be used on stainless steel bowls, for highly salty or acidic foods or for pure alcohol.
