About Grill Blitz Cleaner
One of the most effective specialty cleaners is GRILLBLITZ, manufactured by Hagleitner (Austria). This highly powerful alkaline cleaner is designed for periodic cleaning of burnt-on residues in food preparation areas.
With GRILLBLITZ, oven cleaning becomes highly effective – it removes burnt grease, charred food, and stubborn residues. Thanks to its active formula, hardened grease and food particles soften and detach from surfaces. The included spray nozzle makes it easy to reach even difficult corners.

Extractor Hood Grate Cleaning with GrillBlitz
Remove the grates, spray them with GrillBlitz, leave for 3–7 minutes depending on the level of dirt, and rinse thoroughly with warm water. If needed, repeat the process and rinse again. Dry with a cloth or cleaning paper for a perfect result.
Oven Cleaning Instructions
Remove oven racks, trays, and other detachable components. These can be soaked in warm water with GrillBlitz.
Preheat the oven to 30 °C.
Spray GrillBlitz foam evenly inside and leave for 10 minutes.
Put on gloves, clean with a sponge, and rinse thoroughly with water.
Wipe dry with paper towels.
⚠️ Note: GrillBlitz is not suitable for cleaning aluminum surfaces.
