Returning quality goods - the following conditions must be met when returning goods:
- quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery;
- the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;
- the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- the goods must be unused and in good condition (no damage to the packaging, protective film, etc.);
- the returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;
- an invoice must be presented when returning the goods.
For
you are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item
is not complete and properly packed, we will not accept
the item for return.
Returns are at the customer's expense.
Refund procedure

If the item is returned to the store, a refund may be made
in cash, if available at the time, or the money will be
transferred to your bank account no later than 14 days after the return
receipt of the returned goods.
- If your returned goods are delivered by courier
by courier, our staff will assess whether the returned items have been returned in accordance with
the above conditions. If the conditions have not been met, the money will be refunded
